AT GW: Palomares joined the GW golf team in February, 07. Broke 80 in his first three collegiate events. He opened his GW career, paired with countrymen Juan Pablo Zuluaga and Hector Arias in the Colonials dual match at the University of New Orleans. The following week at the GW Invitational, Palomares fired two steady rounds of 77-79 in high winds. He finished 22nd at the 2007 Rehoboth Beach Invitational with 74-77. Two weeks earlier he shot his career low 72 at the Navy Fall Classic.
Junior, High School & Amateur Golf: Palomaresfinished in the top 10 at the Colombian Juinor Championship (El Copa Artur Calle) in 2003 shooting 76-75-82.
