The GW Tennis Center on the Mount Vernon Campus is open to all GW students and Tennis Center Members. Our 11 court facility has lights on 6 courts for night time play and extended game enjoyment! Additionally, tennis enthusiasts will love amenities such as a courtside patio, water coolers, court chairs, divider nets, private locker room, and much more!
The club is located within the Palisades community and is thankful for the support it has received over the years. Special priority and membership rates are available to Palisades' residents. The GW Tennis center is home to the Men's and Women's Division I Tennis teams. They use the club to practice and play collegiate matches in the Fall and Spring. Tennis players outside the community are welcome to join the facility and take part in all the activities the Tennis Center has to offer. Tennis camps and clinics are offered throughout the year, round robin socials, ball machine rental, private and group tennis lessons for players of all ages and skill levels, and much more are available.
The Center is open from March through November. Proper attire and tennis shoes are required to play in the facility. For more information on Membership or scheduling court time please call 202-242-6100 or email tencen@gwu.edu.

JUNIOR CAMPS AND CLINICS:
"Building pride one student at a time".
Come out and enjoy some fun in the sun!!! Even if your child has never picked up a racquet we encourage you to sign up for this great opportunity. Our programs will focus on stroke production, footwork, court awareness and strategies, fun drills, games, and match play, as well as "tennis to music." Younger groups will focus on hand/eye coordination, by using mini tennis equipment to assure success. All groups will work together building pride for themselves, respect for one another and proper court etiquette and skills they can carry with them throughout their lives. We strive to produce a positive atmosphere for each student so they will feel a sense of accomplishment and belonging. Programs are organized by former and current college standouts and USPTA/USPTR certified professionals.

ADULT CLINICS:
The GW Tennis Center also organizes clinics for adults that emphasize stroke production, mechanics, footwork, emotional and mental efficiency, etc. Clinics will be held for various skill levels to maximize learning, conditioning, and fun during the Spring, Summer, and Fall months.
